Services

V&S Trades LLC provides custom metal fabrication, millwright installation and repair, design-build services, consulting, and industrial parts and materials. All services are performed by qualified professionals in accordance with industry standards.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by V&S Trades are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on actual project requirements, material costs, and scope changes approved by the client.

Written change orders are required for any modifications to the original scope of work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Standard terms may include deposits, progress payments, and final payment upon completion. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the contract.

Warranty

V&S Trades warrants all fabrication work against defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified in your project contract. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation by others, or normal wear and tear.

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. V&S Trades is not responsible for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages. Clients are responsible for ensuring proper use and maintenance of fabricated items.

Intellectual Property

Custom fabrication designs created specifically for a client become the property of the client upon full payment. V&S Trades retains the right to use photographs of completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided shall be resolved in the courts of Castro County, Texas.
